I'm a well-rounded RN of 14 yrs and was an LPN for the 7 yrs prior to that. I am also a Certified Health & Life Coach which means I am able to guide, educate and coach you to better care for yourself and for your loved ones via 1:1 visits, video or telephonic sessions. I have experience with adults, geriatrics, children with special needs and medical conditions, including vent/trach, GT, seizures, etc. I have skills related to wound care, mobility devices, ostomy and catheter care, dialysis both peritoneal and hemodialysis. I'm available for reoccurring evening shifts and short-notice emergent visits. Additionally, I'm available for drop-in visits once a month or as needed for medication box refills, answer questions, provide an assessment of skin and general condition, make recommendations as needed.
