I am an artistic and outdoorsy person who loves exposing kids to new things! I work hard to understand each individual child's passions so we can pursue and expand on those passions further but also look for times when pushing a child a bit out of their comfort zone might be necessary in order to help them experience new things in life! I posses an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development. I started out my childhood education career as an after-school program facilitator. When COVID came through I partook in nannying a kindergarten child during virtual education for a few months while also subbing at a daycare. I worked with children from ages 6 weeks all the way up to 4 years old when I started as a sub for 6months, than became the lead twos teacher. Most recently I have worked as an assistant kindergarten teacher in an outdoor classroom setting. I really enjoy participating in nature exploration with children and just having them experience all that the earth has to offer.
