Texted me 30 minutes before she was supposed to be here to tell me her dog has been sick all day. I needed to get something done for work and was left with no way to do or rebook another sitter due to the time restrictions on this site. I understand needing to make sure your dog is ok but why would you not tell me that so I have the option to book someone else who can 100% be here so I could actually get this work done?! Very unprofessional.
