Overnight Nanny Jobs in Winchester

Starting to panic thinking about the fact that I might not be able to sleep when this baby arrives and I only get a couple weeks off from work. Looking for someone to stay overnight and help with the baby so I can get some sleep.

We have a 7-month-old who is discovering the world every hour of every day. She is the gift we've waited for. Luckily we are pregnant again and are expecting twins due in August this year. Dad (me) works about 40-45 hours weekly with light evening work related responsibilities while mom (my wife) handles most of the household duties. We need help for mom to find some rest time with assistance with V (our baby), kitchen prep, laundry folding, and overall playing and working with Vanya to help her development. Someone to come late morning to later afternoon or early evening. Some overnights as we get closer to the due date and possibly some weekends (although we haven't been very social since V came into our lives).

We have a unique situation. Myself and my SO are both full time firefighters and my ex husband works nights at FedEx. So our nanny would work from both my home and my ex husband's home. We live less than 5 miles from each other in Stephens City. Our nanny would help with being there in the morning so one of us can leave for work before the other is home, when pre-school starts we would love them to do pick up and drop off most days. There may be a few times to help with overnight if our schedules over lap. Help out with groceries, light house keeping and things around either house. I was a professional nanny before children who also went through care. com so I understand both sides of this. Our homes are very clean, smoke free and monitored by home security.

Hoping to fill FT position immediately, 30-40 hours a week. I am a Midwife, and rotate clinic and call time biweekly. I work every other M/F and every Wednesday from 9-5. The majority of care is for my 9-month-old, and would be from 8:30 to 5:30. This would also include pick up for the older two (7&4) at 4:30, with childcare until 5:30. On the alternating weeks, hours are less predictable due to the nature of my job. Because I may be called at night, I would prefer a live in nanny, OR overnight availability is an absolute must. Transportation to school may also be required in that situation. Because of the variability in hours I am willing to negotiate a weekly flat rate. I'm happy to discuss further details and what a typical call week might look like.

Hi my name is Verena and I am a Registered nurse. I am looking for a responsible caregiver for my almost 3 months old daughter for occasional night shifts while my husband is on work trips. We are a military family and he is gone a lot. I am working on a as needed basis and decide which days.. So sometimes I need care overnight while my husband is gone on a short notice but with no obligation. We have a spare room and the baby is very good at night already, sleeping 3-6 hours in a row. I do have 2 older children, they are 9 and 12 but they are used to taking care of themselves when I'm on night shift and do not need care.
