This part-time resource will be reliable, trustworthy and ethical. They will have access to the whole house as well as personal information, so background check and references will be required. I'm a self-employed mom of 4 daughters (13-year-old, 9-year-old, 5-year-old and 2-year-old) and need help with taking them to after school activities (my 13-year-old has volleyball season starting), to the park (my 2-year-old and 5-year-old love the swings), helping with homework, practicing instruments (my 9-year-old is trying out flute this year), taking them to playdates, and other local entertaining and fun places, light house work (dishes, tidying up, vacuuming, laundry, etc.), grocery shopping, prepping lunches, making dinner, working with them on organizing their rooms/play spaces and running errands.
