Help needed for my wife and myself in our 60s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle breakfast and lunch preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.

About who needs care: Has had multiple strokes, but fairly independent. Looking for someone who can come for a couple hours each day to help with meal preparation, baths, errands or transportation to appointments. Mobile, but uses a walker and wheelchair. About the care needs: Familiar with type 2 diabetes and when to tell there's an issue. Someone patient. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.

My grandpa is basically bed bound and has some dementia. This care would give family members who are currently caring for/looking after my grandparents some respite and help. Days of the week and the times during the day/night help is needed are flexible, just looking to have some time off for family currently caring for them. Pay is negotiable. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
