Seeking companion care near Pismo Beach for my mother in her 80s. Medication management is required. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.

About who needs care: I am looking for assistance for both of my parents. They are both 87. Dad has dementia, mom has memory issues and some mobility issues. We are a two-doctor family looking to hire a nanny and household helper as our beloved current nanny leaves for graduate school in June. We have a 10-month-old girl (the sweetest!) and a 6 yo girl (so fun and smart). Our 6 yo attends school in SLO, close to our house. We are looking for someone to enjoy taking care of our sweet baby, occasional big kid pickup/care for our 6 yo, and manage some household tasks- laundry, light cleaning/tidying, occasional errands et al. We love nature, arts/crafts, swimming, healthy food, and the central coast. Sometimes we work from home but still need care for the kids. We also have two cats and a Golden retriever. Hello. Our son had brain cancer when he was 16, a brain hemorrhage & stroke. Jared is 25 now. We are looking for 1 or 2 people to help with his care. He prefers a mature female caregiver. Jared is in a wheelchair; our home is set up for him to self-transfer in most places & just a spot needed in some other places. Caregiver would help w breakfast, shower transfer, he showers on his own, transfer back out. Some help w tidying his space, daily tasks, errands, shopping & meal prep.
