About who needs care: My parents are both in poor health. My mother is sick with terminal cancer and my father is on dialysis and having a hard time walking and also with his memory. They could use the help of someone to drop in a couple times a week to help clean, tidy, and unload the car or do any other random tasks I'm not there to assist with. About the care needs: Someone kind, patient, who can offer to do things as both my parents have a hard time asking for help. Someone who can clean and help with laundry and also possibly give the dog a walk (we have a 25 lb shiba inu who loves women especially.)
