We both work full-time and are in need of a caretaker for our 9month old daughter, Monday through Friday 8am-5 p.m. Some days my husband is home by 3:30 p.m. We will have a set weekly pay and not an hourly pay. I am in need of a baby sitter possibly his nanny in the future. My ideal baby sitter has their own home I can bring my child to and drop him off for a couple hours while I run some errands. The max time I would be gone would be a few hours. I am a full time mother and have never been away from my son for more then an hour. He may be shy or fussy at first due to not knowing you and me being gone but once he has a toy or something to destruct his attention he will be busy the whole time.
