Admin support needed for rental property

We're looking for an energetic, smart & capable 5day/week (~8 hours/day) person to work alongside our House Manager (based in SF) to set up our new property in Healdsburg. THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE ~May 23-end of Aug The job is a Mix of Tasks: - Receiving/Opening Packages, Unpacking, Running Errands/Shopping/Returns - Computer Savvy (good on text/email, online ordering, scanning mail, inventory, data entry into basic spreadsheets) - Can-do/Willing to pitch in attitude - Occ. Tidying (making beds, some laundry, dishes, watering the plants) - Occ. We need someone to manage our home, cleaning, groceries, laundry, cooking, and caring for kids - including pick up, errands, and grocery shopping (we provide car). We are a happy & very busy house. We have a three bedroom, one story house with a cottage. To note, we also have a cottage for someone to live in if interested. Accountability, trust and efficiency are important to us. We need someone to help later in the day on Tuesday's and Thursday's. (Flexible on the day) We live on a beautiful property, that our kids love to explore. You'd be coming and hanging out with them here and taking them to the park or on long walks, while I get house stuff done, errands or even just a break. My husband works on our property. So he is around. But needs to focus on work. We like to practice learning by experience, kindness, patience, compassion. My 3-year-old loves working, playing outside and being really hands-on. He's very in touch with his feelings and emotions. My 1-year-old loves music and singing. He's really silly and loves playing games. He wants to be a part of EVERY THING. We need someone who is patient, as our kids are 1 and 3. This is a very important skill to have. You can park on-site. We have One dog, Hazel, 12 years old. Will mostly be with my husband. Doesn't really do much. You won't really be dealing with her. Maybe letting her in or out of the house randomly.

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We might ask you to run errands now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
