Harbor City mom needs a part-time nanny for 1 child. He will be 6 months old when services begin. I (mom) will be present in the home sometimes (for work calls and video meetings) but I may also leave to run errands. I work as a licensed clinical social worker and am seeking a nanny who is comfortable with: -1 small dog (who will probably hide from you) -a parent who is non-traditional and non-conformative -being hands-on with a snuggly and curious little boy (i. e. going outside, thinking of age-appropriate activities) -being present with him rather than being on a screen -being part of a team/community of care for him (i. e. communicating about observations, how the day went, etc.) ideally, joining our little pod for an extended period of time -having received all Covid vaccines/boosters, TDAP, and flu shot Thanks!

About who needs care: I am trying to find care for my Grandmother-in-law. She has dementia only speaks Farsi and most recently has lost mobility. We need someone very empathetic but also physically strong to assist her with getting to and from the restroom and her room. We also need someone comfortable changing depends and giving sponge baths.
