I need help with General Errands. My ideal assistant has a college degree, own transportation and a non-smoker.

Hours are flexible. For first week of November Mon-Thurs 4 hours a day. Some days a morning shift would be great whereas on T/Th evenings would be better. MWF 7-11 a.m. for morning routine and taking my daughter to school and/or extracurriculars in the afternoons. T/Th 2-6 p.m. for our evening routine. meals and household tasks and errands. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Our 2 yr old still naps so she would be up from 9-1 and nap for a couple of hours and than my 7yr old would need help with home work.

My parents are able to watch him for a few hours at a time and need breaks while I work. I need a babysitter to watch him so they can have a break or run errands, like picking up my older son from school.
