I'm looking for a sharp, confident, and loving nurturing young woman to care for my children and home when I'm not there. She needs to be able to step in and pick up where I left off and take initiative to help our family wherever she sees we need it.
This job requires the following: caring for the baby during the day while the older kids are in school, doing pick ups/drop offs, helping with homework, light housework, providing a safe and steady environment for the kids.
Occasionally, Ill be home with the nanny and Id like her to be available to help with whatever I may need that day-babysitting, driving, errands, organizing, laundry, pick ups/drop off, etc.
I'd like someone 2 or 3 times a week 2-630 p.m. and one day 9-4 p.m. The days worked are flexible. I am open to hearing your availability too!
We love being outdoors, playing games as a family, and crafting. We also attend church and are involved in the children's ministry :)
The older kids need help with homework. This includes checking their math, quizzing them on vocabulary and making sure they're ready for any tests.
I'd love our caregiver to be kind, bubbly, patient, smart, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children. A good communicator and someone who is reliable and dependable is essential.
