We have a 9-month-old who is discovering the world every hour of every day. She is the gift we've waited for. Luckily we are pregnant again and are expecting twins due in August this year. Dad (me) works about 40-45 hours weekly with light evening work related responsibilities while mom (my wife) handles most of the household duties. We need help for mom to find some rest time with assistance with V (our baby), kitchen prep, laundry folding, and overall playing and working with V to help her development. Someone to come late morning to later afternoon or early evening. Some overnights as we get closer to the due date if needed. We can also offer more hours if you desire like weekends, etc. Ideally someone who is patient and thinks they can stick around for a bit. Experience with infants and toddlers would be amazing.

We have a 1-year-old and need basic babysitting on some nights during the week and maybe mid-day to evening time on the weekends.

On Wednesday nights I will need you to take our 5 and 8-year-old girls to and from gymnastics. On Thursdays I will need you to take care of all 3 girls and keep them active while I do housework, have an online appointment, etc. The schedule will vary during the school year as more activities are added like Girl Scouts, etc. I will also need help on days that there are doctors appointments, but I will let you know in advance what those days are. You will need to be CPR and first aid certified because all 3 girls have food allergies and asthma. Additionally if you have a degree in early childhood education or are in the process of getting one this would be perfect because our 5-year-old will be homeschooled this fall and I'd love to have part time help with that. It would also help our 8-year-old who is struggling. My kids love being outside, riding their bikes, riding on their scooters, water play, painting, play doh, slime, playing with chalk, playing in there playroom, dancing to music, etc. My 8-year-old needs help with reading and writing. My 3-year-old is a preemie so more like a 2-year-old; so navigating her emotions when she's upset. My 5-year-old reminding her to go to the bathroom.
