Haslet, TX Night Nanny Jobs

I am looking for a nanny to just come into my home and help watch my son while I work a couple days a week for a few hours each day. My husband and I both work remotely but it can be difficult focusing on our work and also watching our son M at the same time. He just turned 1 years old and has started walking and loves to move and get into lots of things. He doesn't really play independently so it's hard to always be watching him when work is needed to get done. He is very active and constantly moving, loves to go outside to play and walk around, and loves to watch Ms Rachel, Elmo, and Blues Clues. He loves when you read to him. He is not talking yet but loves to point to what he likes and does babble a lot. He's a very sweet boy but just takes a lot out of our day to watch him while working. We would love for him to bond with someone and have that time where he does not always have to be with mom and dad because he loves to always be next to us. We are a Christian family M loves Elmo, Ms Rachel, Blippi, Blues Clues. He also loves when you read to him. His favorite book right now is the very hungry caterpillar. He loves to be outside and gets excited anytime we leave the house or even play in the backyard. He also loves the water. Bath time is his favorite. There is parking available We have 2 cats. One boy named Milo and Sophie who is a girl and long haired. They are very scared of people and will hide. They do not come out if there are people in the home they do not know but both are very sweet cats.

We are looking for someone to help with the kids 1-2 days each week as well as a weekly date night. We home school the kids which is amazing but my wife also needs time to get out and run errands. We have twin daughters that are 6 and a 3-year-old boy.

I work from home but I need some help keeping the kids occupied a few days a week. Mostly I'll be home working in the office, and I'm seeking a child caregiver to basically keep the kids out of the office. I would also like to be able to get out occasionally to get some alone time. My 3-year-old is very smart and speaks very well (he can even read). I'm not opposed to screen time, but it's getting a little out of hand these days while trying to entertain him. The baby is almost a year old. So that means he is on the move (not walking yet) and constant supervision is needed as he explores. Ideal nanny would enjoy neighborhood walks, reading to the boys, singing, and serving kids lunches. Also may need occasional evening hours so mom and dad can have date nights. Hours and days are flexible.. can change on an as-needed basis.

We are looking for after school and evening care through the end of the school year. Then we would transition to 2-3 full days during the summer months.

I have a long commute and need someone who would be able to pick up both kids transport the oldest to extra curricular activities and help get dinner started in the evenings. Would also like someone who would be open to babysit for one off date nights on weekends (this wouldn't be as tough there will still be the oldest there to help). We just had our first baby November 15th! I will have to return to work anytime around February, and would love someone to be able to come care for our child in-home. My husband is a teacher and I am a nurse that works nights so I'll be available at the house but will need to be sleeping most of the time. We would need help 2-3 days a week. P. S. we do have animals, so someone pet friendly as well!
