Seeking a nanny share between 3 families with one baby each-ages 3mo (boy), 6mo (girl) and 13 mo (girl). Maternity leave is over and we will need full time care starting April 3rd for when we go back to work! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying. Hourly rate starts at $30/hr for the first 90 days with the option of a performance-based pay increase. The right fit for our little crew is friendly, patient, manages time well and is creative and fun with the littles. We prefer an engaged nanny that has rhythm and structure to the days and one that doesn't utilize screen time. Must be LGBT friendly and open-minded to different viewpoints.
