I'm a certified nurse aide. I've mainly taken care of the elderly and my younger cousin. I guess you could say I'm cool and collected, not a lot of things can faze me. I have an up to date BLS/CPR certification. I've been trained in first aide, although I haven't renewed that certification. While I was in high school I worked with athletes as a student athletic trainer. Safety is the top priority, after that it's important to have fun and get everything done. I'm willing to help around the house by doing light cleaning and run small errands.

Hi, my name is Deandra and I am looking for a babysitter for my (16m) 1-year-old son, K! K has just entered his toddler stage so he is very active and always finding things to play with or put in his mouth. He has recently started to climb on things so I'm hoping to find someone that has a lot of experience with busy young toddlers! I have recently started a new job, so my schedule is not set in stone as of right now and his dads schedule also varies. We usually know in advance so we would be able to update the hours you'd be needed in advance! A little bit of info about K really quick is he was born July 16, 2021. He is my preemie baby! He was born 6 weeks early but you would barely notice. K in the beginning had a lot of reflux problems, and sometimes they come again if he's had a lot of dairy, but overall he's a very healthy and happy kid! K loves talking! He's extremely shy around new faces, but once he gets comfortable he will hold an entire conversation with you. He loves repeating sight words, ABCs and shapes. We are just looking for someone to be able to watch and play with K while we're at work and help him with his motor skills and talking. He has no siblings other than our cat "Olive" so lots of play time & food is pretty much all he requires!
