I have been working in senior communities since 2015, as the stylist in their salons. I have experience with independent residents as well as assisted living and memory care residents.
I love my job, and love spending time with the residents while offering a caring experience for them. But, I'm also on a time constraint due to the amount of appointments in my day.
I plan to continue working at my current job, in 2 communities in my area, but have decided I'd like to do more. My availability is for my non-working days, so Saturday-Monday, pretty much anytime. Running errands, cooking, light housework, or just a good old fashioned game of scrabble, are the things that I would love to help with.
My grandparents passed nearly 25 years ago, and my mother is still quite independent (though during Covid, I was her personal runner), so just being able to build a relationship while helping someone feels like getting a bit of that that I haven't had for a long time.

We're looking a regular nanny for our 2-year-old (25m) son. We both work from home so would prefer someone who can take him out of the house regularly. Our house also allows for staying at home with our playroom and backyard easily separated from where we work. Lots of parks in walking distance too! We're somewhat flexible on time frames as mom owns her own business and can be more fluid with scheduling. Just looking for someone who can provide a consistent reliable schedule. He is a cautious sweet little guy who currently loves cars, construction & climbing. We try to practice a Montessori style home as much as possible.
