We are looking for a caregiver who is patient, active, and can help create learning and creative projects indoors and outside. The primary function of a Childcare Provider is to assist with the daily operations of the site during the school year and the summer program in accordance with Just For Kids and the Boise School District policies and procedures, as well as Boise City child care licensing requirements. This position requires timely and accurate preparation of site records, assisting with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and completing other duties as assigned. A site coordinator or program coordinator supervises the position. The principle duties of the position are performed in a classroom environment with some time spent on playgrounds, or at offsite locations, which may expose the employee to inclement weather conditions. A district Childcare Provider supervises kindergarten through sixth grade students before and after school, non-school days, and during the summer program that operates from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No experience necessary. Starting salary is $14. 56/hour with no benefits. Must be able to travel to multiple sites. Ideal hours of availability are Monday through Friday 7:00-9:30 a.m. and/or 3:00-6:00 p.m. with shifts up to 19. 75 hours per week. Must be able to obtain Boise City Child Care License. CPR and First Aid classes provided. Paid training! Eligible employees can receive an additional stipend of $300. 00 per month in income depending on your availability! This brings our hourly wage to AT OR OVER $18/hour if you work 15-20 hours per week! We offer a $100. 00 hiring bonus for new hires who come to us with a current Boise City Child Care Provider License.
