We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Maywood. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.

I am looking for two caregivers, one for each child. Both of my children are on the autism spectrum, my son is 12 years and my daughter is 10 years. The qualities I'm looking for include reliability. As in I NEED someone to be consistent and available. Not just for my schedule but for my children's emotional stability, as they need consistency. Being caring and compassionate is necessary, as is an easy going personality. This would be for after school care, for a few hours, Monday through Friday. The duties include light meal preparation, assisting in bathing and using the restroom, and facilitating crafts and fun activities. I would prefer somebody who has experience with children with autism, however, I have also found that the right personality can be more important. I'm in need of a before and after school care from 7:10-8:10 a.m. and pick from 2:00-5:30 p.m. Ideally the morning would look like coming here help my son get ready for school and giving him breakfast and dropping him off at the school. So walking distance! I am looking for someone to support our household with light house keep up (cleaning), laundry, errands, and other tasks. I am a full-time business owner (I work at home) and my husband works full-time which leaves us with little time to get things done at home by the end of the day (I am trying to find a better balance). In the near future we also plan to grow our family so I am ideally looking for someone to stay with us more long term and have a pretty regular schedule (3-4 days a week for 4-5 hours a day, we are flexible). Services Needed: Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning, Laundry, Window Washing, Organization (beyond standard tidying), errands, light meal prep, light gardening (watering our plants), and other related tasks.
