I travel several times a year. Looking for reliable cat care to include some overnights. 1 cat is 2 years old and likes lots of attention when he gets to know you. 2nd cat is 18 years old and needs daily medication in his ear and a close eye to ensure all is well due to his age.

About who needs care: Congestive Heart Failure, Type 2 Diabetes About the care needs: funny, pragmatic, encourage pushing limits on strength and PT type of activities, someone that communicates the reality of situation and sets expectations. My siblings and I are not convinced that our Mom can live independently. Everything is a struggle for her to maintain her independence. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

About who needs care: Friendly, talkative, likes to play cards (5 crowns and pinochle), gardens, likes going out to eat and shop. Can't drive more than 50mph and if hearing issues or vertigo kick in, hard to walk and balance. Also has heart issues we are working to get under control with doctors. Walks really slow but needs to walk more, has a 1 yr old doodle dog that needs more walks and playtime - has a big fenced yard, would love if you have a dog to bring to play with her. Likes to go to Lutheran church on Sundays, would probably like company if you're into it too. About the care needs: Patient, good listener, respectful language. Assumed since this is work- no drinking/smoking but she isn't a fan. Someone with light medical training ideal but not required, if she has irregular heartbeat or other issues, calling 911 is necessary. She does that on her own, and we have her on new medicine to avoid acute issues but someone who has been trained to recognize issues would be a plus. Someone who enjoys dogs and would be good with her dog, someone who would enjoy conversation and stories from a woman who's lived a pretty interesting life. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Husband and I have started counseling together and need someone to watch our girls for 3-4 hours on Sundays for at least a month, maybe two. We have two kittens and a puppy. If you're not comfortable with dogs we can take her along. Additional needs include having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter and 3-year-old daughter. My schedule may vary.
