We need a mother's helper for our 3 children in Conifer. We homeschool so help with an easy curriculum for a 6-year-old would be needed. Some light housekeeping would be included to help keep house up, but mostly just playing with the kids.

We are just starting our small family and are expecting our little girl to arrive in January 2023. I will be on maternity leave for the first part of the year, but after that I work as a Nurse in town and we will need help watching our newborn while I am gone at work. I would like to try and find childcare before that so that we can get to know you and you can get to know us! My husband will be working from home a couple days a week, but his work keeps him busy on the phone most of the day and he will not be able to watch her while working. The other days he will be heading into the office which is down in Westminster. We are looking for someone who can watch our newborn (likely starting sometime in March) during the week while my husband has to work. My schedule will likely vary week to week, so it won't be Monday-Friday, but probably 3-4 days a week depending on when the hospital schedules me. If possible, we would love to have someone come to our home to watch her, but we are open to bringing her to you depending on the situation. We also have two doggos, Oden (5) and Archer (3). They are medium size dogs, both Staffordshire Terrier mixes. They are good boys, but we would prefer someone who is also good with dogs, since they will also be at home all day. This is our first baby, so we are still figuring out what works best for us, but we are anxious to get some form of childcare set up before I need to be back at work.

Our home is about 1600 square feet with the basement, however we are remodeling the basement and won't need it cleaned for a while. We have a mix of hardwood floors, carpet, tile, and rugs. If it goes well I'd like to have someone weekly. We are looking for general cleaning of whole house, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, wiping down counter tops, doing any dishes in the sink, wiping window sills, cleaning under furniture where possible. The person needs to like dogs and have an attention to detail. Also, we work from home so we will likely be home during this time. There is street parking in front of our home We have two friendly dogs, Daisy (is a puppy 7 months old) and will be in her crate during the cleaning. Molly is almost 4 and is very loving.
