Chatsworth family looking for a weekly housekeeper with potential hours for babysitting 2 days p/week. One of those days can be cleaning and the other day can be watching our children. Mom is at home with you as well. We also have potential hours on the weekends if you are interested in more hours. I'm looking for a compassionate & playful babysitter for a creative and caring 5-year-old who loves art projects, reading together and imaginative play. Needed for 3 to 4 hours per day after school during our school's early release week with the potential for future babysitting opportunities. Responsibilities include leading engaging home-based activities, preparing light snacks and keeping child's play and living spaces tidy. Please be: excellent listener, caring, compassionate, experience with developing and leading engaging activities, prior babysitting/care experience. Education in child development is a bonus. There are no pets in the home. No smoking in the home. Car/ driver's license not necessary but please have your own transportation to and from our home.

About who needs care: I am currently attending an outpatient care from 9:30-4 p.m. Monday - Friday. Outside of outpatient therapy I will require transportation to and from physical therapy, which has yet to be arranged. We are going away from 10/26-10/30. We have a pet sitter who is only available on some of the shifts. So I will need another pet sitter for the other shifts. We have 4 cats. I am also considering just using the pet sitter from care. to have consistency. I am not sure yet. I need someone to come over 1-2 times a day depending on what I decide.
