I need help with Vacation Services. My ideal assistant has own transportation, a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.

Looking for a patient, caring, responsible, fun-loving nanny for my two children (ages 1 and 4). Ideally looking for someone 8am-4 or 5pm, Mondays through Fridays, but are somewhat flexible on schedule. There are endless fun things to do outdoors with the kids (pool, basketball etc. etc.) Our ideal candidate is: - Comfortable with pets: We have a dog and a cat. Will soon be getting chickens and some other farm animals. - Covid-conscious and vaccinated. We have high-risk family members and are very covid safe, so would need to ensure that our nanny is, too. Job includes: - Fixing the kids' lunches and snacks - Light housekeeping (helping kids pick up after themselves) - Light laundry: Assisting with kids' laundry - Occasionally transporting kids places (we would provide the vehicle)

I am looking for someone to help my elderly mother keep her home clean since she is no longer physically able. She only uses a small portion of the home however, I would first like to clean the entire house. After that, just clean the 5 areas listed below representing the 1 bedroom and bath she spends 95% of her time in. 1) Master bedroom: - change sheets - vacuum carpets - dust, clean and wipe down furniture 2) Master bath - Clean shower and toilet - Clean tub, floor and counters 3) Kitchen and eat in area - Clean counters and mop floor - Clean out fridge as required - Clean dishes and put in dishwasher if required - Clean off glass dining table 4) Hallway - Vacuum hallway or mop if she happened to spill something? 5) Living Area - Vacuum rug - Vacuum off dark brown chair - clean and dust furniture

About who needs care: She is starting Dialysis and has a bad hip so mobility is limited. About the care needs: Preferably a Christian, someone who is a good conversationalist to give her someone to talk to while they help her out. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
