My daughter is very shy at first then she will warm up. She likes to test boundaries of what she can get away with. She likes watching the same general shows over and over, we make slime and she likes to paint. She has a ton of books to read. She likes dressing up in her costumes. She refuses to eat certain things like oatmeal. We are in the potty training process so during the day she wears underwear, pull ups at night and she refuses to poop in the toilet so she finds the pull ups and puts it on when she needs to.

I'm job hunting. Today I have a phone interview. I have a feeling I'll be getting an in-person interview after this. They found me and asked me to apply. Since I don't want to be caught off guard without a sitter, I am posting this to find someone who can be on stand-by to schedule for the day of a face to face or online interview. There's no exact time/day I'd expect to have the interview, but if the phone call goes well and they ask when I'm available to come in to see them face to face or log in for an online call (without a kid interrupting) I was going to say like Thursday at 2 p.m. or somewhere around that time. My family currently shares a single car, and so with that, what we do is my husband comes home at his lunch hour and we (he and I) would take him back to work and I'd go to my interview, leaving our toddler with a sitter until my interview is over. My work schedule varies but I'll mainly be getting off at 630 most days. There's one night a week I have to work till 930. There maybe some weekend care but not mandatory.
