2 high strong boys (11 and 12) one with high functioning autism and the other with oppositional defiant disorder, and both with deficits in functioning. We need someone who is able to be firm and can understand that nothing is personal. Both boys are super dysregulated before their medication kicks in. I need someone to come when I leave for work and wake the boys, feed them and give them their medication. (You can absolutely sleep until 6, when they wake for school.)
