Our 3-year-old son goes to kindergarten and he gets home at around 17:00. We are looking for occasional baby sitter for him, who he will meet 3-4 times before March, so that him and the baby sitter get to know each other. I am expecting second baby in mid-March and once delivery starts, I will need to ask the baby-sitter to stay over night with our son. After the baby comes home, we will need more regular help. It will mostly be in the evenings, may be from 4 to 9.. and occasionally on weekends. Hours and days will be more or less flexible.. 3
