Both myself and my wife work and our work schedule may vary - we are interested in having someone to help with our kids after school. Our older son is fully independent and mostly wont require any help. We mostly need help picking up our young daughter from her school and then to take her home and be with her until we arrive from work. Would be ideal to be able to drive the kids back and forth to some of the after school activities they have.
