Experienced And Engaging Care Provider Needed For My Toddler In Our Home :-)

Looking for a care provider for our youngest baby in our home, she will be about 15 months when the job starts. Occasionally on school holidays my 4. 5-year-old will be home but that will not be a regular thing. The job posting requires I choose the days I need but I am flexible as I work for myself and would be home majority of the time. 20-30 hours a week on average. Buzzwords I would use to describe our parenting-style would be baby-led weaning, active engagement in motor and language/speech development, attachment parenting, baby wearing, nursing... I am really needing someone mature and responsible and that I can trust and rely on and that will consistently be on time...
