Full-Time, Day Nanny Needed For Infant

Looking for a nanny starting end of June, for our newborn. At first will probably look a little different. I plan to work in the home for the most part the first couple of weeks that we bring in a nanny. Mostly for peace of mind! So those first couple weeks the hours may be a little less. Then once I start to work outside the house, looking at 30-35 hours a week and we will guarantee pay of 30 hours a week if used or not because we want someone committed and we understand everyone needs that guaranteed income. Hours will mostly be mon-thurs between 8-4 and 9-5 (shorter periods) rarely will need help on a Friday unless for a couple hours for the first couple weeks, as I majority work from home on Fridays. Would like someone who is looking for longer term work of a year or two so we can have continuity of care for our daughter.
