Hello! We're the L's. We are looking for someone to watch our little one during the day until a spot opens at his daycare. It's important to us for this person to have a playful personality and have knowledge of Montessori style play activities. We use positive reinforcement and incorporate sign language and Spanish language . We both work from home, so it's very important to us to have someone who can take him out and about or have creative ways to keep him occupied during the day while we work.
