We are a family of 5 who love animals, adventure, and are super relaxed. We value honesty and an outgoing atmosphere. We hosted an au pair and are looking into another route of care potentially. We would love for someone to not only care for our kids, but be apart of the family! The kids love to play and just be kids! They are very crafty and would love someone to create fun things with them. We have a pool so swimming is a favorite as well as just being outside! They love to have some downtime and watch a good movie. The girls are in school throughout the day during the school year. They are pretty easy when they are home. Main care would be for our youngest. Supervision of him, nap time, helping to potty train, and just love him. I have fun lesson plans for him to also do at home to help with learning. The caregiver should be affectionate and patient. Caring for kids, especially toddlers can be challenging, but as long as you show kindness and love, it will be great! Organization and reliability is a much. Honesty and communication are super important as well.
