We have two energetic daughters (5 and 3) and are expecting a baby in March. My husband travels a good bit so I need assistance. I stay at home but need extra help especially because of the needs of the newborn. It will vary from week to week but can be arranged according to what suits both our family and the caregiver. I wont need as much at first but will be steady 15 hours or so a week starting end of May. The ideal person will be comfortable with taking the older children to the park or other activities, helping with the baby when needed, and keeping our house tidy.
