Caregiver Needed For My Newborn Girl In Arlington Starting In Late March

Hello Caregivers! We had our second child this January. A sweet baby girl. Starting sometime in March, I plan to go back to work and am looking for a caregiver to watch my baby during the day (M-F). Most days, I will be working from home. About once or twice a week, I plan to go to my office. We live in a little house in Arlington. A block away is a pretty park/playground. We also have a little backyard. We are looking for an experienced caregiver who is very comfortable with infants. Health and safety is obviously our primary focus. We would appreciate a caregiver who isn't interacting much with other children (given all the child illnesses going around these days). We have a toddler as well, but he is in daycare every day.
