After School Help Needed For 3 Children In San Antonio

Seeking a babysitter near San Antonio for my 3 (freshman, 5th grade, 5th grade) children. Will need reliable car and the ability to pick kids up from school (less than 2 miles round trip, gas compensated weekly at agreed-upon fair rate) and assist with pick-ups after extra-curriculars. Will need help getting homework completed, will not need much assistance/tutoring other than reminders to stay on task. Will need help encouraging/reminding the kids to get chores done and helping Mom set a schedule for that with them (do not expect you to clean, but would love your help overseeing the kids cleaning).
