We have two daughters, who have been in a day care setting in the past, but also know the comforts of getting mom to stay home fulltime. They both take naps and don't wear diapers. We have a great outdoor space and indoor play room. Perfect to get energy out. We would love a part time nanny for the summer and then transition to full time come fall. My husband works 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. During the time he is home there would be scheduled off time for you. This position is suited best for a caregiver who is comfortable with having flexible days.
