I am a night shift nurse so I (mom) will be home sleeping. I just need someone to watch my almost 3-year-old for 5-6 hours a day for my work days. My schedule is not a set schedule because of working at a hospital. I do have my schedule out 1-2 months in advance though. I would love for whoever watches him to work on some preschool activities with him. He is almost potty trained (still has a few accidents).
