Weekday Nanny For 6 Month Old

Looking for a loving and nurturing nanny for my son, who will be 6 months around start date of job. I work remotely and will be on-site in the complex but not in the condominium unit. Responsibilities include feeding, changing, bathing, practicing development markers (tummy time, games) and taking him on stroller walks. My baby loves tummy time, being sung to, and playing/doing things related to developmental milestones and markers. I prefer someone who is hands on and do not want my child exposed to TV or device screens. Garage parking is available in the building. I will provide you with access and a space. I also have a 14-year-old miniature poodle mix. She is losing her eyesight and hearing. Nanny must be comfortable with dogs. She is very sweet but when near baby must be watched since she can no longer hear commands. She is 10 pounds and cuddly. I would like her walked once a day around the block.
