Part-Time Nanny Needed For My Child

About the job

Our little guy is very social and loves to make new friends. He also loves tv and is quite the negotiator so we need someone who can distract him with activities that are more fun than he thinks watching tv is as we try to keep screen time to a minimum. He is a great sleeper and naps on schedule every day, although some days he protests it a bit. He has become a great communicator and most of the time can tell you what he wants, although sometimes words are hard and can be difficult to decipher. Someone who is patient when he feels frustrated by not being understood is a must (in time you'll figure out his hard-to-decipher words, and he will get better at saying them, but being 3 can be hard. :) Need someone dependable who is not opposed to be around sick kiddos. Most weeks I need someone on either Monday or Friday, not both days.
