We have a 6-year-old boy in kindergarten, 4-year-old boy in preschool, and a soon-to-be 1-year-old girl. We have always used daycare, but now are ready to hire a nanny. You would primarily look after our youngest daughter during the day, approximately 9am-4 p.m. The 4-year-old will be in part-time preschool (2-3 days per week), and the 6-year-old in kindergarten full time. Our ideal candidate will be gentle, kind, loving, and provide structure and stability for our children.
