Looking into a nanny right now for our baby girl that will be here in March 2023. My wife and I both have full time jobs where our schedule changes week to week so once my wife goes back to work after 8 weeks we will need some support. We believe we would only need someone to care for our girl 1-2 times per week until we decide to do daycare.
