Looking For A Family Assistant/child Care Provider!

We have a bit of a unique situation, so I wanted to try and plan for it ahead of time! My husband works nights on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule. We are expecting our third baby in June & I would love someone to help out primarily on the weeks he works. Mostly looking for someone to help care for the older 2 kiddos so I can give attention to the newborn, but also need this person to be comfortable with infants in case I want to run errands or have a day with the big kids. I am a Realtor, so may have occasional showings or meetings I will need to leave for as well. Would love someone who is willing to help keep up with kids laundry and light housekeeping while they are here (run dishwasher & vacuum if needed, wipe counters, etc.). We really would love someone who could continue as date night sitter through school year!
