My best friend and I are both expecting babies in spring of 2023 and are putting feelers out for doing a nanny share from my home. I work from home and have a lot of flexibility but will definitely need another set of hands around to handle two infants. We live in a comfortable house and would have two separate sleeping spaces for the babies. We have two dogs and two cats but the dogs stay in the basement and wouldn't be your responsibility at all. We are flexible on timing but are looking for about 30hr/week from 10am-4 p.m. since my work schedule is only busy during those times.
