Part Time Nanny For 10 Month Old Twins

About the job

We are looking for an experienced child care worker to take care of our twin babies on a part time basis once my wife returns to work. I work from home so I will be here during the day as well. Our older son attends school during the day so he would not require care. We enjoy making time for connection and play with our kids. We spend time outside whenever we can and like to walk and go to the playground nearby. We enjoy watching and playing sports. We also try to share meals together whenever we can. We limit screen time for our kids and ourselves when we are with them. The kids love reading and singing songs. The babies love to watch the world around them and play with small toys. Our older son loves playing sports like baseball and basketball. They require the most assistance at feeding/meal times. Our babies will require much more supervision once they start crawling and walking. We are looking for a caregiver that is patient and kind. We also would like the caregiver to be present and limit time spent on a smartphone when caring for the kids. We have our kids on a good routine and we would like the caregiver to honor the schedules and routines we already have in place. Yes we live a few blocks from the metro station and bus stops. We have a 7-year-old Belgian Malinois named Layla. She seems fierce when you look at her but she is a very loving and sweet family dog.
