Full Time Nanny For Two Toddlers

Hello! We are moving to Charlotte area in May from Miami. We have two children. My son is 3 and daughter 1-year-old. Looking for someone who is energetic and play based. Will take them to parks, play outside, do arts and crafts and read to them. My husband works full time out of the home and I work part time in home and part time out of the home. On some days I would take one child and allow nanny to stay home with other. Also very important my kids follow structure for nap times and eating healthy diets. We are really looking for someone to help us with the kids and anything else like household duties as time permits. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
