Infant Nanny/Caregiver Who Loves Animals :) To Start Late Fall 2023

We are Lindsay & Ricardo and we are expecting our first baby boy this summer (he's due in July). We are looking to hire someone around Nov/Dec 2023. We are looking for a reliable long-term nanny, as Ricardo has a variable schedule! I work Mon-Fri 9-5 and 90% work from Home. He works a 2-2-3 schedule, so for example we would need a sitter: Week 1: M, Tu, F Week 2: W, Th Week 3: M, Tu, F Week 4: W, Th More hours could be requested/needed, but of course we would ask availability in advance, (no weekends). Can be moderately flexible in hours for students (ex: class 11am-12pm) We would like the care in our home. We have a large yard and plenty of room to play. We also have a really nice sunporch to sit on during the less scorching months! :) We have 2 dogs that love attention and 2 cats. So you must be good with pets.
