Full Time Nanny Needed In Durham NC - May 2023

We are looking for a full time nanny to start in May 2023. My husband and I have full time jobs. He works in IT from home between 8 and 430p. I am a healthcare professional with variable hours including long days and overnight shifts. We would require our nanny to work most weekdays but have the flexibility to start late some days and stay till dinner and bedtime. We would also require one weekend day every 3 weeks or so. We are looking for an energetic Individual who is punctual and can help us manage our lives as we navigate being parents to two kids. We would also like our caregiver to do some light housework and meal prep. We enjoy being outdoors and exploring nature. We also enjoy doing crafts and projects and reading with our children. We would love a nanny who would engage in creative play and allow our children to imagine and explore in a safe environment Our older daughter goes to preschool and really enjoys crafts, imaginative play, drawing and arts. We are encouraging her to explore sports and she will be trying out soccer this summer. The baby is 3 months old and loves snuggles. We mainly need help with the baby including her day to day care, laundry, organizing her clothes and room. We also need help managing our older child's room, clothes and toys. Our ideal caregiver would be an energetic individual who enjoys being around young children. We are hoping to find someone who can play with our baby and occasionally our toddler, read to the baby and work with her to explore her surroundings as she grows. We have street parking available. No pets
