WFH Parents Looking For Nanny For 4-Month-Old Son

Our son will be about 4-months old when I (mom) go back to working from home full time. Dad has to work in-office two days a week (which will be when a nanny will be an amazing help to us!). I was a nanny for eight years myself and used Care. com to meet some amazing families I worked for and am still close with to this day. I would *love* to find someone who felt the way I felt with my nanny families, who specifically has experience with this age and is confident in caring for a baby, and who is comfortable with mom/dad being in the home while they take care of our little one (but of course, hidden away in our workspaces for the majority of the time you'll be here). The only responsibilities we'll hope you own have to do with our son (so no cooking us meals or laundry or housekeeping beyond baby's needs). We look forward to meeting you!
