Looking For Part Time Nanny Or Babysitter In The Spring Or 2023

Just browsing for a babysitter /nanny at the end of March of 2023. I'm due around 2/14/2023. My husband and I are both nurses and we work the opposite shifts. We have a gap of time when we're both not home. He works a 12 hour night shift and I work a 12 hour day shift. We need someone to watch our infant between 545a -9 a.m. and also in the evenings from 545pm- 9 p.m. Days varies due to the hospital schedule. Looking for someone that is comfortable with infants, and knows how to care for infants. Also would like a non smoker caregiver. We do have an 11-year-old son, but he's independent and might only ask if he can have a snack every now and then :) We live in a subdivision. There is plenty of parking on the street or in our driveway.
