Hi! I am a doula looking for care for my two children. Because birth is unpredictable and I spend a good bit if time on-call, I also need a nanny who is able to be on-call and work overnights. We homeschool and are all neuro divergent. One kid is hyperactive and needs to be kept busy. They both love music and reading but my oldest is an artist and loves drawing and painting. We spend a few hours each day doing learning time but I am also working on getting them more structure throughout the day. We are currently re-establishing a morning and evening routine for us all.
