Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Wellesley, MA (start In Early To Mid January)

We have 3 great kids, ages 11, 9, and 6 (all in school full-time). 2 boys/1 girl. After 6 years of au pairs, we are switching to an afternoon nanny. In addition to caring for our children, duties include helping drive the children to activities/sports (need to be a great driver), playing games with them, doing arts and crafts, having dance parties. We would also expect you to do their laundry twice a week and help clean their rooms and the playroom when needed. We need someone who is reliable with a flexible schedule in the evenings, so can stay later if we want to have a date night and can also work on the weekends sometimes. We would love to build a long term relationship with someone and hope they will become like family. Our kids are very warm and affectionate and have always loved their au pairs, so I know will love this person too.
